We are excited to share a recap on our recent event with Save-A-Pet, a not-for-profit organization that helps animals in need. Ray Auto Group and Save-A-Pet got together with the Fox Lake community on Saturday, May 20th for the Save-A-Pet Day! What is Save-A-Pet?
Save-A-Pet, a non-profit organization with one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in Lake County, aims to provide a safe haven for animals that have been abused, neglected, or at risk of euthanasia. Since the organization was established, they have rescued over 66,000 animals and are committed to giving them a second chance at life.
Save-A-Pet Day Recap
At the beginning of the day, we gathered at Save-A-Pet animal shelter, where we took off the roofs on our Jeeps and drove together in a convoy to the dealership. We were able to show both our Jeep spirit and support of Save-A-Pet as we made our way there. This event was a great success and the weather couldn’t have been better. At the dealership, we had the chance to hang out with the kittens and puppies from Save-A-Pet and get food from the Pixie Dogs truck. We are thankful to the community for their backing of Save-A-Pet and give thanks to everyone who participated and aided the cause.
